Ride a Dino Grip Training Guide

Use Dino Machines to build Grip and compare training with canyon practice before spending on upgrades.

Basic mechanics

§What Grip training does#

Dino Machines build Grip according to the developer. Training is therefore a useful system to inspect when a ride is proving difficult.

The first-party listing gives no formula for gains, training speed or dinosaur requirements. Use any requirement actually displayed in your current game.

§Run a before-and-after check#

Note your starting Grip and interact with a machine using the on-screen prompt. Confirm a change before leaving. Retry a similar target or stretch of canyon while keeping your routine comparable.

Record whether you got further or understood the interaction better. If the game still shows a Grip shortfall, train again. Avoid changing several upgrades and targets at once while learning what helps.

§Read an upgrade before buying#

For any machine-related purchase, inspect its current cost, prerequisites and stated effect. Compare that effect with your next objective, then check the displayed values after buying.

No exact upgrade order is claimed here. Current prices and measured training gains would be needed to justify one.

§If more Grip does not explain the result#

If Grip increases while the same ride still ends early, review your mount and movement inputs alongside the tutorial feedback. A larger stat alone cannot confirm that you performed the interaction correctly.

Practise a comparable sequence before moving to a rarer target. This separates a control problem from a progression problem.
